I have been in Ireland for 6 years and have been hit on only once. When I go back to Paris I don't know how to deal with the flirteous males any more :) I would say they are not all flirting, it is just a way of being but I sometimes find it very annoying, particularly on the workplace. Here in Ireland I can wear a skirt above the knee with out attracting any bold comments or crazy looks.
